Do I have to pay the tourist tax? Is it included in the price indicated on booking?

Yes, the Municipality of Catanzaro provides for the payment of the tourist tax. For our structure, the indicative cost is €1 per person per day.The city tax is an extra cost and is not included in the reservation.To see the complete regulation you can clickhere  

Is the restaurant service always available?

No. The restaurant is usually open by reservation only, for groups, events and banquets.We advise you to call us if you need restaurant service.

Is breakfast always included?

For accommodations with kitchens, breakfast may not be included in the rate. You can always add it when you arrive at the facility.

Does your municipality have separate waste collection?

Yes. We take care of the disposal, but if you need to throw away the waste yourself, we advise you to follow the calendar and the mode

Are there rooms accessible to people with motor disabilities?

Unfortunately, given the architectural conformation of the over 100-year-old building, it was not possible for us to provide rooms accessible to people in wheelchairs.The accommodations are on the first floor, there is no lift or platforms.

Do you accept pets?

Yes. Dogs, cats, and small pets in general are welcome, under the responsibility of their companions. We advise you to contact us for special needs.

I have food allergies. Am I able to have breakfast?

As far as possible we try to meet all the needs of our guests, so please let us know before, and in any case upon arrival, if you have any food allergies or intolerances.

Can I have the invoice for the stay?

Yes. Our company can issue an invoice for any service you wish to use.

Can I pay by card?

Yes, we accept debit and credit cards, including American Express.

Is there a parking? It's free?

Yes, our parking is located right in front of the structure, in a fenced area. It's free.

I have a van. Can I park easily?

Yes, in our car park, subject to availability, in addition to cars, it is possible to park up to a twenty-seater bus, vans and small vans, motorcycles.

I have a bicycle. Am I able to keep it indoors?

Yes, you can keep your bicycle in a room on the ground floor.
